Details: Join H5O bistro & bar, located in Hotel Fifty, for its next winemaker’s dinner, highlighting favorite Northwest flavors presented in six exquisite courses by Executive Chef Nick Yanes and paired with varietals from Johan Vineyards of Rickreall, Ore.

Yanes, known for his creative and innovative culinary techniques, developed this menu to showcase seasonal ingredients, such as heirloom tomatoes, Dungeness crab and wild mushrooms.
