EAT, DRINK AND BE MERRY WITH NEW SAKE PROGRAM
AND COCKTAIL LINEUP AT H5O BISTRO & BAR
Downtown Portland restaurant adds to its urban contemporary bar selections

PORTLAND, Ore. – (August 25, 2011) -Executive Chef Nick Yanes and Lead Barman Nathan Gerdes of H5O bistro & bar continue to showcase their talent and culinary innovation with the release of their new sake program and cocktail menu, available now at the downtown Portland restaurant.

H5O bistro’s sake program features a selection of seven sakes, including one brewed in Oregon. Complementing Chef Yanes’ restaurant menu, which includes contemporary sushi rolls, each sake has been carefully selected for unique flavors and pairing options. Sake is available in 4- or 12-ounce pours, as well as bottles.

In addition to the new sake program, H5O bistro also released a new spirited cocktail menu featuring flavors from seasonal fruits and house-made infusions.
