Award-winning downtown Portland restaurant announces special summer dinner series
PORTLAND, Ore. – (April 28, 2010) – H5O bistro & bar, an urban contemporary restaurant located in the heart of Portland where downtown meets the river, is pleased to present its line-up of summer brewmaster and vintner dinners.
H5O bistro‘s Executive Chef Nick Yanes is preparing special menus to complement the brews and varietals presented by each partner, including Sokol Blosser Winery, Sierra Nevada Brewing Company, Benton Lane Winery and Penner Ash Wine Cellars.
“The Willamette and surrounding regions are home to many great brewers and vintners,” said Yanes. “We’re looking forward to celebrating summer by pairing the season’s best flavors and textures with a great selection of beers and wines from around the area.”

Sokol Blosser Winery Dinner – Thursday, June 2nd at 6 p.m.
Start the summer off with expertly paired cuisine from H5O bistro and sustainable wine pairings from Sokol Blosser Winery, the first U.S. winery to receive LEED certification, based in Dayton, Ore.
Sierra Nevada Brewmaster’s Dinner – Tuesday, June 14th at 6 p.m.
Join H5O bistro and enjoy local craft brews from Sierra Nevada Brewing Company, a premier brewery based in Chico, Calif.
Benton Lane Winery Dinner – Friday, July 22nd at 6 p.m.
Celebrate good food, good wine and good company with H5O bistro and internationally acclaimed Benton Lane Winery, based in Willamette Valley, Ore.
Penner Ash Wine Cellars Dinner – TBD
H5O bistro is teaming up with Penner Ash Wine Cellars of Newberg, Ore., for an evening of premier local wines and specially prepared cuisine.
