Welcome
2009 Auxerrois Pinot Gris
“This wine has aromas of tarragon and fennel bulb, plus green pear, mineral, and citrus blossom. In the mouth, these flavors reoccur and you’ll find a lively, refreshing texture. With its balance of acid, alcohol and fruitiness, the wine has body and length on the palate, yet remains fresh.”
Pop Tart
Quince Paste Pop Tart, Warmed Pierre Robert, Tonic #5, Bitter Greens
2010 Willamette Valley Rose
“Light, bright pink. Fresh red berries and orange peel on the nose, with a subtle floral quality adding complexity. Juicy, palate-coating strawberry and raspberry flavors are firmed by juicy acidity. This moderately deep rose finishes dry and nervy, with the strawberry note repeating.”
Alaskan Black Mouth Salmon
Sweet Potato Ravioli, Zucchini, Cherry Tomato, Rosemary, Sage, Beurre Fondue
2009 Willamette Valley Pinot Noir
“This wine bursts forth with cherry and raspberry fruit and cookie spice aromas, delivering them on the palate. There’s just a kiss of black pepper combined with fine, polished tannins and good acidity.”
Duck Breast
Confit of Duck, House Gnocchi, Fennel Pollen, Tomato, English Peas
2008 Bryan Creek Pinot Noir
“This complex wine exhibits layered aromas of rasperries, strawberries, red currants and a hint of spice. On the palate, the wine shows firm acidity followed by hints of dark chocolate and a plush, velvety mouthfeel.”
Vanilla Pound Cake
Blood Orange Pastry Cream, Blood Orange Segments, Milk Chocolate Sorbet, Coco Nibs, Chocolate Wafer
2008 Deglace, Chehalem Mountains AVA
“Lovely apricot pink in color, with amazing apricot, fig and honeysuckle flavors and a luscious mouthfeel.”
