Downtown Portland restaurant prepares tasting menu
paired with wines from celebrated Washington winery

| Details: | H5O bistrois pleased to welcome Jay Soloff, co-owner and partner from DeLille Cellars of Woodinville, Wash., one of the state’s top wineries, to its next wine dinner. Beginning with a pre-dinner reception at 6 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 18, guests will have the opportunity to meet and talk with Soloff, as well as learn more about the wines and operations at DeLille. Dinner starts at 7 p.m. with a seven-course tasting menu prepared by Executive Chef Nick Yanes, accompanied with wine pairings chosen by Director of Wine & Spirits, Kairos Culiann des Rosiers. The selected wines include Chaleur Estate Blanc, Chaleur Estate Rouge, Doyenne Syrah and Metier Rouge.
