Details: Downtown Portland’s H5O bistro & bar is teaming up with local winemakers and brewers to offer guests the perfect pairings with dinner. A culinary innovator, Executive Chef Nick Yanes is known for his contemporary twists on old favorites and locally sourced ingredients. He will create special multi-course menus to complement the signature wines and brews.
