H₅O's food is simple, classic, and whimsical with a focus on flavors and textures and made with the best locally and/or organically grown products and ingredients. Plentiful beverage options are prepared using fresh fruit ingredients, juices, and garnishes. And a minimalist restaurant wine list packs a powerful Oregon-based punch.

H₅O can just as easily serve as the site for a romantic evening with someone special prior to attending one of Portland's downtown cultural options. Many are less than a mile (or two). Check 'em out. Consider that H₅O is near to equally as many sporting venues. A quick bite and a beverage with the guys (or girls) prior to a game could be just the ticket! Take a look. Also close by are numerous Portland attractions. Just look at all there is to see and do within a mile of the restaurant! Make H₅O your place to gather and energize prior to an attraction visit. When weather permits, outside dining is available daily from 11 AM – 9 PM. So, if you're an outdoor diner by choice, do so at H₅O! It makes for great sight-seeing.

And H₅O bistro & bar diners enjoy FREE Valet covered parking for up to two hours. Attendants are on duty from 5 AM to 11 PM daily, or longer based on goings-on at the hotel/bistro.
